How long does it take for my order to be processed?

The processing of the order depends on the respective item and the current order volume. In principle, unless otherwise stated, processing takes approx. 2-4 weeks. If you have any questions about the current status of your order at any time, please contact me by simply replying to the email of your order confirmation or by sending an email to: info@wolfsgewand.de

Are there wholesale options/dealer prices?

In principle, it is possible to produce small quantities for retailers. However, since I am a one-woman manufacturer, my scope for large product runs or gigantic discounts is limited. My shop is designed to make custom dog accessories and not mass production. If you are interested, please contact me at info@wolfsgewand.de and we will be happy to discuss my options and whether we would be a good fit for each other.

Are custom-made products possible?

If a product is not offered in the leather color or fabric combination that you have in mind, please contact me at info@wolfsgewand.de I have created my products in different color combinations that are the most common or suitable. If you prefer a different leather color or fabric combination, we would be happy to discuss what is within my capabilities before placing your order and, if necessary, also take special requests into account.
